RGS Breakfast Burritos

Eggs:  Use a cast iron skillet… Brown onions with olive oil, toss in chopped up kale or chard.  Crack eggs in a bowl and scramble with a fork. Add garlic powder, onion powder,salt and pepper to the scramble. Stir in spices.  Add to saute in cast iron.  Cook eggs barely flip on low to medium heat when needed to keep eggs a solid mass. 

Pinto Beans:  Cook from Scratch or use an organic can of cooked pinto beans

We use mozzarella cheese grated

We use one of our hand made sauces or a local hot sauce

Potatoes:  We use local organic potatoes, carrots and beets sauteed with onions and olive oil.  Add the 3 Generations spice. You can par boil the roots to make sauteing faster.
