Cinnamon Rolls

This recipe makes 24 big ones…a cup of flour for 1…imagine how big that is, ugh you get to do the math on making a smaller batch.

Make filling first:

3 Cups Butter melted add in 3 cups brown sugar and ¾ cup cinnamon and set aside

Cinnamon Roll Dough:

Warm: 6 Cups milk to 100 degrees

Melt in sauce pan 2 cups butter

Medium bowl:

2 cups Sugar

6 Tablespoons Yeast, the real deal yeast

Add the milk to bowl

Large Separate Bowl:

24 cups flour

2 Tablespoons salt

Whisk dry ingredients

Make a hole in flour and add 20 eggs, slowly churn in with hand, have a helper drizzle butter and milk sugar mixture in while churning to mix all in well. Let dough sit for a bit while you get out your rolling pin and a place to roll dough secure

Divide dough into four parts, divide filling into four parts, roll out and rubber spatula filling on, roll, and cut, and put on parchment cookie sheet pans, spiral facing up

Bake 25 minutes-35 minutes at 350 degrees

Icing or cream cheese frosting on top, yum…you got this
