Scones Blueberry Blue Corn

Dry Ingredients:

6 cups flour/ GF Flour

2 cups blue cornmeal

1 ⅓ cup sugar/ Coconut Sugar

4 T Baking Powder

2 tsp Salt

Cut in 1 cup butter/ coconut oil

Mix in 4 eggs and 2 cups milk

add : 3 cups blueberries

Ball up and bake or freeze for later…

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes

Top with a lemon glaze if you want
